The Grass Is Greener - 41/365

Must say that it's a weird place to be walking around at night. I had never been here before, and wasn't sure about where I was allowed to go. Despite seeming like a fairly accessible city, you'd be surprised how much of what we think of as public is actually private in this city and I'm always wary about wandering into a place that someone may not want me to be in.
Walking between the buildings you can see inside to the whirring water pumps and tables stacked with tools and equipment. And there are cameras suspended from the corners of the buildings and from the top of the tower (barely visible in the shot). I half expected to see a guard come out of a side exit and yell, or see a surprised face peering back at me when I glanced in a window.
But after moving down closer to the water, I saw the drinking fountains and garbage bins indicating the area is expected to be public. Which made me happy. It's nice to know that some parts of the city are still intended to be explored.
