by static416As with the giant chandelier in a previous shot, you'd have to have a pretty impressive home in order for this not to look out-of-place. Although the mini one is kinda cute.

As with other fairly expensive home decor like paintings and sculpture, I wonder how big the market for these things could possibly be. There can't be too many homes that could even find room for 7' mushroom lamp, let alone pay the surely high price for it. I'm sure there are many of these that go unsold and end up in warehouses or hipster used furniture stores in the future.
