This is a new podcast by Merlin Mann and I've only listened to the first one, but its probably the most continuously funny and entertaining 27 minutes of audio I've ever experienced.
I enthusiastically recommend subscribing to the podcast in iTunes.
Some good quotes include:

I found this via another podcast MacBreak Weekly, which he also appears on. That is more of techy sort of podcast, but is also very entertaining.
